How long does shipping take for electric bikes?
Standard shipping for our electric bikes typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Most Pogo Cycles arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive setup guide in the box.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for electric bikes, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Klarna and Affirm to provide flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing option at the checkout page.
What kind of warranty comes with a Pogo Cycle?
Every Pogo Cycle comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects. Components like tires and brake pads are considered wear-and-tear items and are not covered.
Are the electric bikes water-resistant?
Our bikes are IP54 rated, meaning they are resistant to light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with a high-pressure power washer.
